The presentation of this is somewhat lacking :) - but it really was tasty.  Victim - pulled a face and then scoffed the lot!  Amazingly scored it 6/10, so I see that as a success on the veggie curry front.

I don't think that May, with its inevitable marking fest is the best month to start this daft fiasco.  Also, kitchen is STILL in chaos because the utility room isn't finshed... maybe I'll have to carry on through June!

May 14th: Tuna, bean medley with new potatoes

M&D were here so I forgot the pic - but bean medley - leeks, runner beans, soya beans and chard.

May 11th: Havano sausage and chickpea pasta salad

May 12th: Chicken, asparagas in parma ham.. with (hangs head in shame) bubble and squeak and roasted veg from Waitrose. 

10th May: curry

ok, so it could be considered cheating - but the ceiling is down as the utility room is pimped...  so chaos once again.  Still delicious - thanks Bangla Chef.

May 9th: Roast lamb dinner

OK - here it is... lovely new kitchen.

We have decided to have a different dinner every day this month.

We only decided this morning, so there is quite a dull start, and no pictures. Will aim to get more exciting!

May 1st: "indoor barbecue" - chicken and steak with salads

May 2nd: roast beef and lots of veg

May 3rd: spagetti bolognaise
