Was given a Herman starter, and grew him for 10 days, today he went on "holiday" to the oven. Delicious, moist and not too sweet. I made this Herman with dried cranberries. I have kept Herman jr to grow him up, and distributed Hermione, Herbert and Percy as instructed.
