Sausage casserole

Sausage casserole, what's so special about that?  Well, yes, it is a standard Friday (or any other) night tea - but these sausages were carefully reared from piglets by our mate - 100% organic... so deserved the best of everything - so delicious, well balanced tomato and butter bean casserole, with organic veg.... superb.  Gathered victims tucked in for seconds, and only left some with the promise of pudding and leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
